I took this beautiful Belgian malinois into my home about a month ago. She was very nervous, scared and uncertain. I brought BELLA over to Crystals during one of my walks and they became best of friends. During this time with crystals professionalism she pointed out hot spots and and discomfort with my new family member. I scheduled an appointment with Crystal with a warm welcome. When my baby girl was all clean and done I was notified with a "report card" of how Bella was and what was done during her time with at Bella's spa visit. When I showed up I was greeted at the front yard to the happiest dog that brought a tear to my eye. Thank you so much and I will definitely be bringing family and friends your way! Crystals grooming, groomed all four of our pups in one day! They looked so clean and happy! She sent us videos and pictures of how they did and even carried them out! Her prices were wonderful as well!

Reviews are for a reason! I looked on Google for groomers near me, read the reviews and scheduled the appointment. Got in the next day, I specified what I was looking for in a groomer and they were 100% understanding about it. I have a husky, and it’s been a good 2 1/2 years since she has been bathed so I was a little worried she wouldn't do too well. They completely surpassed my expectations. They sent me videos, responded quickly when I checked in, and sent me an end video. One was working on her while someone else was loving on her just to keep her occupied, and it just made me feel so so good. She was BEAUTIFUL when I picked her up and did everything I asked for. I met Crystal at the end, and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. I absolutely have found the one who will groom and care for my baby whenever she needs it, and I hope if you are skeptical about groomers, that you read this review and make your decision final on Crystals GENTLE Grooming. 10/10 will recommend.
