Reschedule / Cancelation / No-Show Policy
We do our best to take care of all our pet's and their owners' needs. With that in mind, to best accommodate all our customers and run our business efficiently, we require appointments to be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

Vaccination Policy
To ensure a safe and sanitary environment for pets and staff we require all pets to be fully vaccinated upon visit. This is to ensure all pets remain happy and healthy.

Matted Policy
When a dog's coat is matted it may need a short clip or excessive trimming, this can cause irritation as blades have to run low and close to the skin to get the mats out. It may take longer than a regular groom to safely remove all the excess matting. It is a possibility we uncover any problems such as nicks, cuts, scrapes, or irritation to the skin as we perform the groom. As the owner we ask you do not hold us liable for any after-grooming effects of the mat clipping procedures or problems on matted or neglected coats which include but not limited to: itchiness, skin redness, irritations/abrasions.
We prioritize the safety and welfare of your pet's and highly recommend regular brushing to prevent such issues; we can also provide a brush out service between regular scheduled grooming appointments to help maintain your pets coat.
